It feels bleak out there. Hard not to have a deep sense of dread about what is ahead for America and the rest of the world. Today let’s resist the darkness in whatever way we can … spread joy through random kindness, and make sure you do something to take care of yourself.

Woke up to our first real snowfall of the season. A peaceful dog walk this morning before the usual struggle of work life balance. With the added difficulty of balancing staying informed on US politics, without being too weighed down thinking about the dystopian path ahead.
