My hot take is that Trump won't do anything to clear out Gaza and turn it into a resort or whatever because that would be a somewhat complicated and difficult thing to do and he is extremely lazy. Gave up on regime change in Venezuela within what, two days? Don't see it.

Been thinking about "leftist content" stuff and alternatives to Rogan or whatever and I keep thinking of someone pointing out that we have plenty of liberal ones (contrapoints etc) they just suck. I think there's something funnier going on- contra's output is designed to do exactly what she accuses

Ok it's been a while now and while I can't yet say if bluesky "sucks" or not I can definitely say it seems to have a much higher proportion of incredibly obnoxious twee people than twitter ever did

When I was 17 I spent a few weeks in Berlin on a language optimisation course and I drank so much Berliner Pilsener. 15 years later and my local has it in stock for Oktoberfest and my god the nostalgia
Might just put on Peter Fox and Bloc Party's "Kreuzberg" on repeat when I get home
