My body appears to be falling apart due to exhaustion / stress / lack of sleep. It’s one thing after another. It’s just slowly stopping working.

More than ever, recently I have been feeling like I just aren’t made for this world. Like I’ll be trying so hard to be okay and everywhere I turn, people are so cruel? How do I exist outside of my own home like this?

The way millennials and gen z have this reputation for always being on our phones is wild because the real culprit is the gen x and the boomers. I’m a millennial and I can’t have a conversation with my dad where he isn’t staring down at his phone the whole time.

I have a pretty bad chest infection and the wheezing happening is driving me crazy. I can’t even sleep. 100% over this now.

“I love you. If you want to cuddle that’s fine. You wanna get under blanket, great. On top of the covers? Okay. Choose where you are comfy cos your comfort is important but you HAVE to find a spot to settle down in now. It’s nighttime.”
I may be crazy but she settled after that.

I have PMDD which makes me very mentally unwell the week leading up to my period. Then my period happens and I want to live again but then the Endometriosis makes me unable to move. So. That’s fun. Currently in the “the fog has lifted and life is wonderful yet I can’t leave my bed cos pain” phase.

I think there’s a lot to be said about the connection between slipping back into conservatism and the proliferation of country music at Donald Trump’s inauguration ☕️

I keep seeing #overconsumption and #projectpan videos on TikTok where people are saying they’re gonna start using up products before buying more as if that’s a radical strategy. Is that not just normal life?

I’ve ended up on “high maintenance things I do to be low maintenance” beauty tiktok and I just have to say, I think most of these are simply high maintenance, which is fine. But there’s nothing low maintenance about these beauty routines.
