I find myself fearing travel, fearing showing emotions, and keeping others at bay emotionally. I fear #bipolar relapse.

Remember everyone, your mental health doesn't need to be tied to an arbitrary calendar.

Not feeling merry? That's totally okay. Many people aren't.

You can have your own version of Christmas later in the year, or not have one at all. That's fine too.

Don't take on additional stress.
