I think most lefthanders are ambisinistrous to some degree but it’s masked by how many tasks and tools put lefties at a structural disadvantage (eg writing from left to right, can openers)

I actually was a vegetarian for climate reasons from ages 15-22 but I developed IBS and was too broke to figure out how to stay vegetarian, cut out all my triggers (all legumes, most fruits, a bunch of other plants) and not really fuck up my health. I now have no good excuse, though.

Yeah I was a butcher for five years! I was able to do a bunch of harm reduction as the manager of the butcher shop that I’m quite proud of, actually.

I’m several vegans’ one former-butcher friend, so you’re in good company.
