The Call Of The Wilde for Global Montreal is me trying to figure out what the hell is going on with the goalies.

The Wilde Cards an update on Laval and I’m not particularly pleased with that either.

Of the five leading NCAA goalies in save percentage, three are #Habs draft picks, including the top two. Unbelievable. Cournoyer looks really sharp, folks.
Fifty-nine years ago, a 6-4 goalie who was property of the Canadiens joined Cornell and posted outstanding numbers. Is history repeating itself with Alexis Cournoyer? I had a look at two games, and he looks fantastic! Another steal? My scouting report:

One of the stars of the 1970s San Diego Padres teams, Randy Jones was a 2x 20 game winner and winner of the 1976 NL Cy Young Award. He spent his final 2 major league seasons with the Mets. RIP Randy.

Man, Rick Ness must've done a lot of cocaine to achieve that level of collapsed septum. Hopefully he's beat his addiction. #GoldRush

The #Habs last few games are a reminder the rebuild should not be considered over and extended absences for Newhook and Guhle are tough blows. Goaltending is not yet there for a serious cup run and the Canadiens need to add size and grit to complement the abundant skill. I remain confident in HuGo.

Poor D, suspect goaltending but worst of all, seemingly a serious injury.

Also, a scouting report on Slafkovsky in season four - all in this Call Of The Wilde for Global Montreal.
