The U.S. Trade Balance

In 2024, the United States had a goods trade deficit with 92 countries and a surplus with 111 countries. Overall, it ran a $1.2 trillion trade-in-goods deficit In 2024.

Mirror clauses did not make it into the final safeguard legislation for Mercosur - at least not as a condition for Mercosur exporters to the EU. The commission must issue a statement on aligning production standards. The question is: will this be enough to persuade everyone to sign the thing!
