The first day of the inaugural Biscuits & Banjos Festival exceeded my wildest dreams. It was a beautiful day of community, and music, and dance and joy and laughter, and a beautiful set up for the weekend.

Can’t wait for the rest!

Is Kilmar Abrego Garcia alive? Because the amount of resistance to addressing his being trafficked gives the distinct impression that either he is dead or what they have done to him is so unspeakable that they cannot afford for him to be freed, seen, or spoken with.

‘One million.’ The private goal driving Trump’s push for mass deportations.
Immigration officers and analysts are increasingly skeptical the Trump administration can deport that many immigrants in a single year.

Childhood lead exposure can cause serious developmental delays, hearing loss, and behavioral problems.

The CDC has long had the technology and the people power to efficiently and effectively mitigate lead exposure.

RFK Jr. cut the program.

What's more un-American than that?

#StandUpForScience
RFK Jr. is an unprecedented threat to US health.

He just completely eliminated the CDC lead poisoning group and all teams that respond to help address local radiological and nuclear threats and all capacity for natural disasters response.

Mind numbing insanity.

If you're a billionaire, then you'll barely notice a few thousand dollars a year in higher prices at the store from these Trump tariffs - plus you can count on him to get you another big tax break for the wealthy.

But for everyone else, this is a big deal, and a bad one.
