Feels like a good time to point out that starvation of a civilian populace is a war crime. By the very definition of genocide, the Israeli government is doing it. There is no defence, no deflection, the Israeli government is committing genocide while the world watches.

studying medicine is not studying hospitals or doctors…it’s actually a really interesting field that requires active engagement across geographies if you want to do it right.
