This statue has had such a long history. I remember the hype about it first coming to town. I knew it had placement issues but I just remember seeing it at temp spot. I also don’t believe I saw the finished version.

I can’t believe there’s discourse now about if you add gesso to your canvas and sand it to smoothness or you just simply spray the canvas (I like sanding, personally)
