What will happen is that the EHRC will ban trans women from women's spaces and in 12 months say they have reduced attacks by trans women on cis women in single spaces to zero.
What they will not say is that it was zero BEFORE they banned trans women.

If the United States of Trump ( it's coming) bans same sex marriage then I assume that all existing SS marriages will be defunct and that visiting queer couples will not have their marriages recognised in law.

This is a surprisingly strident editorial (for a UK paper) eviscerating the appointment of Dr Stephenson as the new EHRC Chair.
Though things will obviously get worse before they get better, one can glimpse hope that this is *so* egregious, there's no option but for it to fail.
