10km race in 6 weeks so thought I better check where the fitness was..given some very challenging conditions and being full of cold..I’m very happy with that 👍

Went to see Gladiator 2 last night..massively impressed. The original was a classic and it was never going to hit those levels but totally worth a watch particularly on a big screen.
