Not that this is any kind of revelation to even say, but the idea that elected officials clamor like this to install unelected people into power with flippant disregard of voters' will (..consider succession line to the Presidency here..) is about as swampy as it can get.
Rand Paul had been in the Senate since 2011. He is the nepo baby of Ron Paul who served 12-terms in Congress and ran for President 3 times. He’s literally the “swamp” like few others. The self awareness of an amoeba.

When I see trumpers get excited about xenophobia, controlling women, raging at sick & poor people - I try to remember that everything is an example for kids. Such a simple notion - almost feels too ridiculous to post about - but it's so important to remember to be good role models. They're watching.
