One interesting thing with the push towards generative AI in the games industry by execs is that it feels like the players pretty universally (other than the AI-knob-gobblers ofc) don't want it.
That said: there are valuable pipeline tools that are "AI". We just used to call them machine learning.

Nothing has made me appreciate how powerful a +1 is more than playing a bard and paying attention to how often it is the difference between a hit and a miss, or a crit and a hit.
I have never agreed with the negativity some people have towards "being a cheerleader" as a caster. Maybe that's because when I taught my group the game I established a habit of pointing out when a + or - caused a hit/crit. My table always gives teamwork its flowers.

you know, for a long time i've thought trump only wanted to be president because of that joke obama made at the correspondent's dinner years back.

it's crazy that in june of last year i saw the expedition 33 trailer for the first time and was immediately interested, but wary that it would turn out to be not that amazing... then they dropped one of probably the best games of all time on us.

so in sweden, the truth is not a defense against defamation. that is, the focus of the laws are not about whether or not the statement is true, but about if they are reputationally damaging--and being used specifically to damage ones reputation (as i understand it).
