Pathfinder 2e Stan, overthinker, weirdo.
Converting a story from first person to third and making a third editing pass can result in finding a partially fixed sentence implying the protag sniffs the narrator's hands (the narrator isn't there)

And remember folks, they could easily just throw the shooter under the bus and give the people due justice, claim they are reviewing procedure to prevent this from happening again, add two sentences to ICE initiation and move on and get away scott free.

That they are not means...
The state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says they've been informed by the FBI that US DOJ has said FBI will solely lead the investigation into Renee Nicole Good's killing by a federal officer. State investigators no longer have access to "case materials, scene evidence/investigative interviews"

Cancer Update: The good news is we haven't found any new tumors. The bad news is we KEEP finding precancerous polyps at the site of my old tumor. So, a new round of MRIs and CATR scans, and words like "chemo" and "radiation" are getting bandied about.

Organizers in Twin Cities making rare plea for folks to share broadly:
ICE ops have changed & escalated this week. They've moved to a 'flood-the-zone' strategy, nabbing anyone they can from bus stops, the sidewalk, cars, or homes. This means indiscriminate abductions and obviously no warrants.

1. The DOJ has not released 99% of the Epstein Files, in direct violation of the law

They claim the delay is necessary to review the files

But here is the thing: The DOJ previously claimed THE REVIEW WAS COMPLETE IN JULY
DOJ admits it has still not released 99% of Epstein files, violating law
The DOJ said it is still reviewing millions of Epstein files, after previously claiming it completed the review in July

#pathfinder2e Spell Idea:

Nature's Barb = The same as Shillelagh but scales like Runic Body, only affects clubs, gives the effect when thrown as well as melee, and is Sustained duration. However you can throw the thing when you Sustain. If the attack hits Witches can sustain a hex as a free action.

1. Hundreds of corps that pledged to stop donating to members of Congress who voted to overturn the election on 1/6/21 have broken their promise over the last 5 years

But we've identified 10 promise keepers:

Farmers

Expedia
Nike
Clorox
Eversource Energy
Holland & Hart
Qurate
Whirlpool
Lyft
Five years later, these 10 corporations still aren’t funding election deniers

Just posting your regular reminder that trading spell accuracy for weapon accuracy is a kinda bad choice for effective gishing because debuffs are actually way stronger boosts to your math than buffs and AoEs are better DPR boosts than most things you can grab from being weapony

It says something about #pathfinder2e balance that the spell most often mentioned by content creators as maybe too much value and some of them ban just makes you 10ft faster all day at a level that makes it a cheap wand.
... and that's because GMs have a lot of agency in the system. There's no og Counterspell or Silvery Barbs. They have tons of clear tools.

Then you'll notice player types whine about how casters are balanced, things have costs, and chaff under fairly basic rules structure.

I am grateful for the flood of new players that came with the OGL incident to #pathfinder2e and I would never shun a new player coming over from DnD 5e but the flood also came with a bunch of whiny hoodlums too used to how self-sabotagingly player-centric 5e is.

You'll notice fleeing GMs LOVE 2e...

I can't help but notice a hell of a lot more people online that can't follow normal conversation.

- YouTube comment that an old horse is surprisingly active, saying it shows they're healthy
- Reply commenting that another retired horse was similarly active but then died.
- Multiple confused replies

Some people use AI to make #ttrpg character tokens for online games but me? I just make tokens using amazing art from #arknights and other gachas.

Because they literally sell characters based on the art being good there's tons of bangers on Google.

#pathfinder2e is the kind of game where you can play fantasy tropes but also everything from a spoon to a Power Ranger.

It just now occurs to me how funny it is the #pathfinder2e Champion's... er... Champion's Reaction is called "Champion's Reaction".

I mean the individual kinds have their own names but it's still a bit funny to me that it's not a less generic term. Like "Retribution" or something.

One day I will tell the tale of a paladin character I played once that traveled with a boat crew made up of prostitutes that helped row the boat but somehow went the whole campaign without anyone noticing there was a a wh-oar-e pun there until it was too late.

Sadly today is not that day.

My favorite thing about #pathfinder2e is how pervasive roleplay elements are in the rules. There's rules to allow you flexibly allow Rule of Cool and make purely roleplay elements matter mechanically but often Paizo is mostly hands off with roleplay so you can just do it yourself.

Wardens of Wildwood would be such a good pick to get a hardcover rerelease. Not just because some of the stuff in the Adventurers' Toolbox needs errata but also because it would be awesome to retool it to use recently released skirmish rules. Maybe sneak in some new content for them.

Note to self: Write story where simple worker is a planted secret agent type and set up a villain that will seemingly be an even greater threat in the next part as they discover the truth but at the start of the next part the spy organization just dealt with them off-screen like they were trivial.

With all these drama shows where a mundane person utilizes their skills from a normie profession to detective work there needs to be more shows parodying that with the reverse.

Can this hardboiled former homicide detective capture his OG childhood dream and save a local bakery?
