Mr Fox came for an early breakfast again, although judging by how empty the bowls are, he or a relative had visited earlier. The cats never clean the bowls that well, decorum dictates that you need to leave something on your plate.

I enjoyed listening to this. I gotta say, it only worked because I *very* recently got a rough idea of what "Bayesian" is.

Family-oriented holidays like Thanksgiving are sort of weird for me. I had dinners here once or twice, with housemates and family, and it was nice, if pretty extreme for me socially. But another nice Thanksgiving was leaving my parents' house after my father started yelling...

I realized yesterday that I'm having many more days where hip pain is hindering me. I've not been great about stretching or doing anything to help them, so I tried this morning while I felt sort of human.
I made my left hip angry.

Partly inspired by Momo using my face as a footrest for his baths, but the bigger... compliment... came from Azul, who got so comfortable that, if I did not get up and put food in his dish when he thought I should, just straight walked up me and sat on my cheek. Geez.
It's such a compliment when they're like, "Oh yeah, the face is a safe part of this human," but also...

I gotta say, this is a tough world in which to be trying to find the right med regimen. I'm a mess and I decided tonight that the increased dosage of lamotrigine isn't benefiting me overall. But, I mean, [waves], I'm supposed to be sure about that?

Navi's current mom hasn't texted about a time for tomorrow yet. It's just after 10 p.m., so I don't think I'll hear from her tonight. We can probably still work out tomorrow if she lets me know in the morning, but it's okay if she needs to postpone by a day or two.
My brother-in-law sent the family text chat a notice about a kitty needing a home. He's trying to tempt his uncle, but his aunt may not allow it.
I broke and offered to foster her.
I miss having a cat so much. But I still have a $7k plumbing repair in my future.

Navi's current mom hasn't texted about a time for tomorrow yet. It's just after 10 p.m., so I don't think I'll hear from her tonight. We can probably still work out tomorrow if she lets me know in the morning, but it's okay if she needs to postpone by a day or two.
Oh my gosh, now she's mentally moving around all my half-organized stuff and telling me that my small office rug should go on her burn pile. Ack! I know it's rumpled!

I realized my phone wallpaper was still set for Halloween, so I went looking for a nice forest photo. I scrolled through lots of pics of foggy forests and abruptly started to cry. I dunno! So now my wallpaper is of a rocky shore. I only kind of like it. But crying 'cause of forest pics! Damn, Sarah.
