-EDA reform; require all provincial EDAs to participate in one form of continuing charitable community outreach ( for example, run a food bank or soup kitchen. Fundraiser for a local cause rather then the party every now and then.)

For all the foreign policy wathcers out there. Canada has decided to increase its sanctions regime against Iran with new sanctions.
This comes at a time when sanctions should've been winding down in line with the Nuclear deal.
But the US pulled the plug, and were gonna punish Iranians for it.
