Having triggers is fine. Being aware of them is great! But you cannot wait until you're triggered in real-time to try to work on them. You have to consistently do that kind of work outside of the trigger moment.

I'm not making any promises but I may look into an actual beard routine this year. But don't recomendations yet cuz I'ma get overwhelmed and be like bump it lol.
I don't really do anything to it except shampoo it and throw a lil' oil in it from time to time lol.
