Top 3 Expected Goals over performance

9.64 Spurs
8.89 Villa
8.02 Man City

Top 3 Expected Goals Conceded over performance

-6.07 Chelsea
-5.45 Sunderland

If they keep playing like this results are going to turn bad for Villa.

Arsenal have conceded the same amount of goals in the last seven games since Gabriel got injured, than they did in the first 17 games in which he started.

Luckily for Mikel Arteta, the Brazilian is set to return before the end of the year.

Proof of Gabriel’s talismanic nature.

Got into a discussion with someone the other day over whether Gabriel was the talisman for this team in the way VVD had been for peak Liverpool.

This proves he absolutely is.

Arsenal now hold the record at 108 games. The last team to score three times in a game against the Gunners was Luton on 5th December 2023 - two years ago tomorrow.
If Arsenal concede fewer than three goals against Chelsea, they will equal the record of 107 straight games in all competitions without conceding three goals in a match set by an English club (Man Utd October 2016 to August 2018).

Cristiano Ronaldo has magically had his ban reduced so he can start the World Cup. There is no precedent...but then he met the President. How depressing...

A few days after Cristiano Ronaldo was at the White House, FIFA says it has suspended the remaining two games of Cristiano Ronaldo's three-game ban for violent conduct, meaning he can play in Portugal's first two World Cup games.

Coincidence or not, it's certainly timing.
