illinois secretary of state alexi giannoulias sent letters to 19 rental car companies warning them against letting feds swap out license plates on their vehicles.

nbc news reports giannoulias’s review of more than 600 complaints has so far led to … one license plate revoked.

New: per Magistrate Judge Gabriel Fuentes' order, Chicago's fed court has released videos, incl. body cam footage, Fuentes said contributed to his dismissal of the assault case against 70 y/o Dana Briggs. Briggs' case stemmed from a 9/27 protest at the Broadview ICE facility.
