This debate over whether or not audiobooks count as reading has made me realize that lots of people view reading as a kind of chore. “I got more reading points than you!” It’s weird and sad.

This probably seems grim, but given recent events, it might be a good idea to publicly display a declaration of life, especially if you fall into one of the target demographics
