Chuck Schumer and the well-funded DSCC establishment need to stay out of Maine’s Democratic primaries. Every cycle, they parachute in with their handpicked, focus-grouped candidates — and every cycle, they lose. These moderate, directionless campaigns have never resonated with working Mainers.
