Smallish sample, but it's interesting to me that the Knicks best lineup are the starters w/o KAT. Don't lose much offensively from the starters (121.1 to 120.5 PP100P) and morph from a bad defense to a hyper elite one (115.7 to 90.3).

Knicks are on a 49 win pace. They win Saturday and they move to 51, which is the number I had them at. Considering that it was always gonna take them time to gel, things are going pretty well. Last step is figuring out that defends where Mikal needs the play better adjustment.

It's pretty much what we say all the time with the Celtics: It's a math problem. If you can't match the three-point volume and they are hitting, you won't beat Boston very often. Celtics defense has been good tonight too.

If I ever met OG Anunoby, the one question I would ask is what he learned from Kawhi Leonard and how he's taken those lessons and applied it to his game. Poor Man's Kawhi is becoming almost an insult to this guy.

I've been intrigued in how Knicks built around two high-level wings in OG Anunoby and Mikal Bridges. There's been thought among some league execs that NY might have overdone it this offseason with the KAT and Bridges trades, but OG has been a force. We'll see if Bridges finds his peak form again.
