The Hawks have a lot of interesting forwards. Asa Newell can play, and he's buried because other guys are really good!

This is the best game Desmond Bane has played for Orlando since opening night. Giving the Magic everything they hoped he would. He's played pretty solid defense too.

That's a bad sequence from Neemias Queta. Missed the easy layup, then committed a take foul about 90 feet from the basket. Ended up being a six-point swing, as Orlando converted the free throw and then hit a three.

Neemias Queta is getting off his screens quicker over the last handful of games. He still holds a beat too long sometimes, but in general he's getting the screen and rolling harder. That's opening up stuff for him and the PnR ballhandlers for Boston.

Jaylen Brown could drop 50 tonight, but it doesn't seem like he'll play long enough for that. But he's been dialed in enough to get there if necessary.

Strong game from Neemias Queta tonight. He's been the only Boston big to do anything so far in this game, and he's been terrific. They won't all show up, because shots were missed, but Queta has made some outstanding passing reads too.

Jay Huff is having a nice night for the Pacers. Including an off-the-dribble reverse dunk that I wouldn't believe happened if I hadn't seen it myself.

Josh Minott is so much fun. And he has such a high care factor too. Minott knows how big of an opportunity he has this season. You can see how much any mistake he makes gets to him, but they rarely happen twice. Great seeing Minott getting this chance to play so much.

Bilal Coulibaly just made an awesome hook pass along the baseline. Then he went WAY up to get an offensive rebound and drew a foul. Really great sequence from Coulibaly.

Really good minutes from Jordan Walsh for Boston in this first half. He's given them a real energy lift off the bench.

Hugo Gonzalez's improvement already in Boston's switching defense is really notable. He looked lost to start the season (not a surprise for a very young rookie) but is already settling in quite well. Just executed a really nice jump switch to help blow up a transition play.
