Coming at it from the other side, I was diagnosed w/ADHD in my late 30s and now over a decade later think I’m maybe AuDHD. I’m still noodling about it, but what triggered the idea was thinking that just being introverted didn’t feel like it fully explained how certain events/situations affect me.
