Great to see the Berkeley City Council considering a resolution opposing AB 942. We hope they pass it quickly, and side with consumers rather than PG&E. The resolution starts on p. 31 of the below link.

Not enough people understand the impact of the water-energy nexus and the benefits to water conservation that will come from decarbonization.
When we switch to 100% renewables + storage and no longer need water to cool thermal combustion power plants we will reduce freshwater demand by 3/4! 3/4!
