Starting school for the first time can be daunting, so children in Germany are given a 'school cone' (Schultüte) filled with goodies (usually sweets and stationary) to help them ease in to their new routine. 🥹

24.6.16 I brought my daughter to nursery. The teacher came over and pledged that she had voted to remain. Then the teaching assistant said:"I voted to leave. First time in my life voting, didn't know what to do. So I did: eeny meeny miny moe. Oops, leave." She also thought Farage was now PM.
