There’s no evidence that puberty blockers affect brain function or IQ (the latter of which is based on racist pseudoscience). Those of us who never had the chance to get help at a young age often spent decades in mental anguish and feeling utterly worthless. I know I became so traumatised I would only speak if spoken to.
