In a sane world, there’d be massive outcry to a US president threatening arrest & deportation of a winning Democratic New York mayoral candidate. Instead, it’s just treated as a normal Tuesday.

For the record, Trump’s threats are another disgraceful attack on an American citizen & the rule of law.

Gov. Shapiro: “Trump ran on a platform of cutting the deficit, said he’d never knock anybody off of Medicaid, and he wanted more energy jobs in the United States. He’s doing the exact opposite and screwing over…some of the very people that voted for him.”

I worked at Planned Parenthood.

They diagnose cancers while still treatable. They help women decide what birth control works for them. They help those working through mental health challenges.

Defunding them just harms people who already struggle to find places to get care.

God forbid this fucking orc show up and do the work that people elected him to do.

All of us who voted for him got so bamboozled
John Fetterman when asked about timing of vote that will cost millions health care and food on the table, destroy industries and jobs:

"Oh my God, I just want to go home... I've missed our entire trip to to the beach."

Maybe it’s time we get leaders who take accountability for the things they want to force on us
NEW: Tucked inside the GOP mega-bill is an excise tax for solar and wind.

And Republicans say they have no idea who put this provision in, or why.

"I don't know where it came from," Senate Budget Chair Lindsey Graham, who released the bill, tells NBC News.

Made 11 year-old Mike VERY proud. More cookie than waffle but the sacrifice in texture gets made up in taste. Better ice cream quality than expected. Heaven sent and summer ready.
