The whole account on Lindsay’s page is pretty concerning even by today’s standards. Someone being taken by what presents as a non state actor is just kidnapping. It’s not okay when the state does it either but like, avoiding this exact shit is why so many people came here.

🚨 ICE disappeared a woman on Wednesday night. She was grabbed by men in plainclothes and taken to an unidentified location.

ICE is refusing to say where she is being held. It’s 72 hours later and not even a dedicated team of lawyers can find her.

This is WRONG. We can’t let this be the new norm.

- $8 billion for hiring/retention
- Billions more.

Damn‼️ Federal agents blew a door off for this?

Federal agents blasted their way into an LA home where Jenny Ramirez lives with her boyfriend and two kids.

She heard the blast while checking on her 6-year-old, with her 1-year-old in her arms.

Ramirez says everyone in the home is a U.S. citizen.

In Marbury, the Court lacked jurisdiction because it entered a mandamus under a statute passed by Congress that violated the Constitution, so that the court overruled the law, negating its jurisdiction. Under Marbury, the Court here would seem obligated to provide a remedy where there is a right.

Make no mistake, the SCOTUS decision about birthright citizenship IS ALSO ABOUT *birthright citizenship.*
The Court is using nationwide injunctions as the tail, wagging the dog, to take us back to an Antebellum view of citizenship.
That way led to war once.
