I’ve tried a lot of new wine in the last few months and I just want to say if you give me a wine and I immediately (or later) realize it has notes of HAY or anything vegetal I will throw up. Please stop. Stop with the hay.

NOT trying to be a jerk & this may age poorly but, being from the Midwest, I’m confused by people boarding up their windows for the impending thunderstorm. I’ve had actual tornadoes and I didn’t even bring in my lawn chairs. So fascinating. I will get out some candles in case the power goes out.

I went to the grocery store tonight and they were doing a wine tasting. Naturally, I indulged, and eventually I bought some wine. When I went to checkout they were giving out free reusable bags with orcas on them that said “wild and free”. This is all true. Happy Friday.
