We’ve all heard the punching Nazis thing by now and I strongly approve the principle but I’m not really a punching people person. This is a useful reminder that there are lots of ways to contribute to the general punching cause

I mean it’s sort of amazing that the incoming US President has basically said he’s going to declare war on Denmark, annex Canada and rename bits of the globe to his liking and broadcast news is just rolling with it like he’s delivered a sombre and thoughtful policy announcement. Absolute insanity.

Sums it up really. We keep being told what a rich country we are but every single person most of us meet is struggling a bit harder this year than last

I used to really struggle with this. I have learnt massively from people I disagree with and I believe that people I disagree with can genuinely be well intentioned. But if your only political opinion is that other peoples lives should be made harder then please see below!

I liked this and it’s a good thought for anyone just trying to get through this time of year. Sometimes you don’t need a big victory you just need to hang in there till the tide turns
