We moved back to the US three years ago to give our younger two kids a fresh start—while being in a place where it was easier for us to provide a stable home w/ family support. Next week one of those kids graduates high school. They are happy, thriving, a friend to so many, all joy and possibility.

Every arrest feels like a gut punch. These are legal US residents being arrested for practicing their first amendment rights. We should be screaming from the rooftops over this.
