The semester I externed for Judge Henderson was the most valuable part of my time in law school. He deserves this honor.

It’s pretty interesting that both Tim Walz and Gavin Newsom are clearly positioning themselves to run for President and one thought he should publicize that he’s having diplomatic conversations with Canadian provinces close to Minnesota and the other thought he should publicize that he sucks

As I keep saying: when I say we need to steal from the right, that doesn’t mean I think we should lie. We should steal the effective stuff from their playbook and use it to be fierce advocates of the truth. Punch them in the face (rhetorically) with the truth as HARD as they throw shit at us.

I'm not being bad faith. I'm not imagining things. I hold the Republicans fully responsible for the terrible things they are doing. It is not unreasonable to want our leaders to have a coherent response to something they knew was coming given that it was a 900+ page plan that was shared publicly

I don’t live in Los Angeles anymore but I am paralyzed sitting here watching entire swaths of my childhood/young adulthood go up in flames. The restaurant where we celebrated my high school graduation. The church where my little sister got married. Just to name two.
People outside of LA truly don’t understand how apocalyptic this is. It’s worse than it’s ever been. Entire residential neighborhoods are burning to the ground.
