Congress can stop ICE. Congress can block the use of force in Greenland. In other words, in this crisis, Congress can act to support civil liberties at home and free nations abroad. To fail to act would be to be complicit in a dreadful outcome.

I decided to share with you a Facebook post by Lesia Lytvynova, a well-known Ukrainian volunteer.

" 'We are running out.' I have read this phrase countless times in recent days from acquaintances and not-so-volunteers. We are running out. Our strength is not infinite. We are running out.

If the U.S. military is given direct orders to seize Greenland—pull down another nation’s flag, and then claim the ground in the name of the United States—every senior commander has a moral obligation to refuse to accept or support such a command.

Still hard to believe that there are videos and witnesses to someone shooting a woman in the face three times. Yet the shooter has not been arrested even though the police know who and where he is.

I said there is no legal basis to invoke Insurrection Act and that I didn't think Trump would do it. Now @wapo reports that 1,500 soldiers with Army’s 11th Airborne Division are ready to possibly deploy to MN following Trump’s Insurrection Act threat. Let’s hope I'm right.

Miller asserts that Denmark can’t defend Greenland.

Yeah, genius, that’s why they’re a member of an alliance pledged to defend each other. One we founded and led, which has worked to deter aggression for over 75 years.

How much more in your face can it be?

"Because of your accent."
"You have an accent too."
"Where were you born sir?"
"Where were you born at?"

ICE has kidnapped so many people from their cars that the city had to put out this statement. Let that sink in.
Vehicles that are abandoned due to an ICE detention and towed to the City's impound lot will be released to their owners or a representative at no cost.

TRUMP: It's a tremendous thing. It's called the great healthcare plan. And we're gonna get tremendous, uh, reductions through, uh, if you look at prescription drugs, they're gonna come down by numbers that have never been seen before
