28 Cymry (Welsh), Late Diagnosed Autistic Adult - Quirky dresser, Writer, Cat Parent, Dissability Advocate.
So, since 2016 I've been actively seeking support, opportunities to better myself. In that time, I got my autism diagnosis, became a peer mentor and managed to support one-day community events from 2 hours to 8 hours. I'm ready for work! Especially as I can't find a longer volunteer placement

It’s OK to buy games at launch.
It’s OK to buy games on sale.
It’s OK to play games via a subscription service.
It’s OK to borrow games from your friends.

It’s not OK to shame others for how they access gaming.

Financial situations are different for everyone. Be kind about it.

Was told I was lucky to have the gene in my family that makes me look youger than I am, how I would be asked for my ID until im in my 40s. But, I didnt get that privellage. Nope. Why? Because of tension, nobody young is viewed as being able to hold that much tension that people can see the pain 🫠
back and shoulder muscles: they're like batteries, for storing tension

if you go further back, we have nursery rhymes that signified major instances of the times. In every generation or era, we had something to express and cope with the world around us and how our lives were/are. Will be many more to come and go and no true end of the cycle with art, and its needed
It’s crazy how a popular art form can suddenly stop having any cultural relevance at all, like mime or rock music

The money that gets invested into AI is a bid for profits. The only money saving will be for business heads where they can save money by letting people go. AI should only be developed with the intention to be a tool to assist, not to replace. People deserve better than this so called 'ideal'.
The plan is to crash the economy to suppress wages.

Being so hungry I could eat a horse, post autism diagnosis, has evolved (or devolved take your pick) to become 'I need nom-noms'. That is all.
Post: I'm so hungry I could eat a horse 🤣
Reply 1: An entire horse? Seems unlikely
Reply 2: Some people are hungrier than that
Reply 3: Kinda messed up to post this on national horse day

Viewed through tech or human eyes, rising mental health issues in particular despite increased connectivity show the need for diversity & individualism, allowing us to voice our needs instead of having them dictated to us. This could help tremendously!
My crankiest belief is that we are now being sold on solutions to problems which only exist because we've let others convince us they exist. That is what "innovation" seems to be in 2025.

There's a level of introspection that's just not happening these days re: what actually needs to bother us.
