Hey Bluesky family! I live in a Senior Assisted Living facility. Many residents do not have visitors. Please, if you have time, volunteer a few hours a week just to come hang out, and visit with people. It’s good for them, and it’ll be great for your spirit. Kindness costs nothing. Please repost.

Koko, the gorilla spoke about 1,000 words in sign language and understood about 2000 English words. She was an avid fan of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood. When Fred Rogers went to meet Koko for his show, she wrapped her arms around him & she took off his shoes, as he did on screen.

I have covered presidential politics for 40 years. This was the most juvenile display by a President and Vice President I have ever seen. Other presidents treated their enemies with more respect. This is a low point and a dark day for the US. Totally embarrassing.
