Even in Corbett v Corbett, Ormrod LJ used 'she' for post-transition. Somehow, the judiciary was able to use our pronouns for decades without it creating any supposed appearance of bias, but now it routinely degenders and misgenders us. It's such transparent bigotry and/or cowardice.

You're trans if you want to transition, cis people dont want to transition, so they aren't trans. The reason we had to define it anymore than this is because gender cops (doctors, the state, and cispatrarchial people) are terrified if the barrier to change sex is really just the motivation to do so.

If we were men, there would be no bigotry to sprak off because misandry doesn't exist as societal oppression. It's basically saying trans oppression isn't real like racism in an unhanded way.

Every argument about Transphobia has mirrored to me much of the rhetoric around immigration and race back then. The hang wringing over the minimal protection of the inadequate Race Relations Act, which had to be pulled out of Labour like teeth. Like you think people would learn. But no.

The Left likes to avoid closing off the gaps in their armour (in the 1960/70s, they were beaten silly about immigration and racial equality). Right now, YP is exposing that they're gonna let transphobia be the death of them, too. Maybe someone can make a book about it.

Yeah, I had the fun of cultural confusion of being dark-skinned, but also so British people assume im not an immigrant. Im British in a legal and somewhat cultural sense, but i know how fickle that really is.
