There’s no evidence that Black folks in general are moving towards the far right, but more than a few articles talking about a few Black conservative, grifters aimlessly wandering around HBCUs with half assed arguments to “Blexit.“ WHY?!

The most vulnerable, the poor, the disenfranchised are political actors too, and because a sizable chunk of democrats can’t fathom this, they face plant into complicity and blame those same folks for losing faith in their leadership. “We are the adults in the room!” Sure…

I'm grading and watching a documentary on the marines. It reminds me of All Quiet on the Western Front. A bunch of young, white men very excited to be engaged in war and violence, with no real understanding of what they are asking for. Sad and disturbing.

Charlamagne, a man that’s never served in the political arena, never worked for government, never been formally educated in the subject of politics, pretending to be mad about being accused of misinformation is really, really funny. Unserious, selfish times.

You don’t have to think about that if you put it on in the high 50s. My coat stay on.

The amount of people that are about to go without health insurance is going to skyrocket. No, this wasn’t about constituents. This is just boneheaded policy.

Btw our airports still aren’t going to be efficient and safe because Trump has been unilaterally firing airport personnel. No notes from our 8 democratic dipshits. Remember when Tim Cain let us hear some of his struggle Spanish? Good times.

Might as well shoot for negative number.
Congress at 15% approval rating, eyeing single digits. With enough work they can get there.

If the Republicans are determined to drown in their own hate, let them. There’s no other viable choice anyway. This whole democracy thing only works with people interested in governing.

Not quite sure how Trump is giving $2000 to most of the country when he and his Republican colleagues refuse to fund the government. 🙃

Never underestimate the ability of far too many democrats to slam their own foot in the door. All for the hope of a majority of white suburbanites finally voting for him. 🙃
Let me get this right… a sufficient number Senate Democrats appear to be willing to reopen government to alleviate air travel for upper & upper-middle income people at the expense of access to healthcare for lower income people. Yes?

I just wouldn’t get on a plane until they finally fund the damn government. That these folks have been mistreating air traffic control like there’s so many people qualified to do the job, is bonkers.

Sometimes I think about how this man would have already been removed from office off incompetence alone, if we had a functioning system. Sigh
This is an absolutely insane administrative process. Within the space of a week, states were told by judges/White House
*no SNAP benefits
*half benefits
*full benefits
*pause provision of benefits.
Result is chaos, uncertainty, and uneven access to benefits depending on where people live.

NEW: The Trump admin told states it must immediately "undo" the work to provide full food stamp benefits, or face penalties. The feds sent this in a late-night memo, only adding to the chaos and confusion around SNAP. www.nytimes.com/2025/11/09/b...
