the base character creator is severely limited and mods allow me to tweak height and body size so my OCs can actually feel more personalized
but also, i like playing dress up with my OCs
fantasy gear is cool, but i really love putting my OCs in fits i would wear irl.
tldr: it's more fun for me

I suppose this is more for the player: If you use mods, why?
For me it's about having my character properly shown in the game. The game has a serious lack of styles for PoC characters and the ones we do have are so unserious.

def 5.4 im pretty sure i had finished 5.3 by then but idr.
i DO know that at the time i was an AST main (which is just LMFAO)
and then i recall people in my FC talking about EX and savage and i figured why not try, but we had 2 healers so i swapped to DPS annnnd here we are 4 years later loool
