Finally played GRIS in one sitting.
Easily one of the best games I’ve ever played. Without a single word, it speaks volumes about video games as art. And the soundtrack! I literally clapped when the credits rolled.

The other problem arises in the form that public perception is rooted in what's "hot" currently.
Example: a true to form Marathon remake would make it "seem too much like Doom"... because both OG Doom and OG Marathon look very similar. One has demons and the other has aliens, but they FEEL the same

It is an extraction shooter that can lays like no other, but the bar for solo play has too much variance: going from fulfilling albeit frustrating at best, down to unforgivably harsh and demoralizing at worst.
