Watching Anaconda (2025) today as the follow-up to Avatar: Fire and Ash a few days ago was cinematic whiplash. I felt like I went from swimming in the ocean to standing on a barely functioning splash pad.

Finally cancelled Amazon Prime after ~20 years. They didn't even bother trying to keep me by offering discounts or any of the normal tactics, which was surprising. Most of the top ranked products are drop-shipped junk, Prime prices aren't typically any cheaper, and shipping is rarely on time.

Just finished watching #Superman in IMAX and it was amazing. It felt like Superman was lifted directly from the pages of the comics and I'm always a sucker for seeing JSA representation on screen. Joy, tears, laughter—this movie was an emotional ride in all the best ways. Must-see movie.

Sinners is an absolutely fantastic movie. If you can find a real IMAX theatre showing the 70mm version, it's definitely worth it, but if you can't, go see it anywhere.
