Wear a mask.
I was curious about the triple filter logic from the company, because it seems a bit cumbersome, but I see their proprietary filters are significantly smaller. I imagine with those it likely isn't providing enough airflow without the third filter slot.

To be clear, a lot of these had the major flaw of proprietary filters that allowed the discontinuation of support to essentially make the mask worthless, but they did offer something a little less intense than what you would wear on the worksite looks-wise.

There were a bunch of these in development, some even released (though maybe not all with a clear front), but when Biden lied & declared the pandemic over, the funding stopped and most of the companies discontinued support for what was made and the rest stopped R&D on the unreleased products.

I will miss being able to financially support the people who create the movies and television I watched on Prime, but continuing to give evil Bezos more money for what is a rapidly degrading product makes no sense anymore.

It's part of a collab with Martha Stewart this week.

I loved Tron: Legacy, but Jared Leto being attached to Ares made it an auto-skip for me. I really wanted the story from Legacy to continue, and now we'll likely have to wait another 30 years for them to try to revive the franchise.

Yeah, it was one of the most stressful situations I've gone through because of that, too. Incredibly overcrowded post-op area and not a single person wearing a mask while I couldn't physically put one on. Only time I've been in public without a mask since 2020.

I was told mine was severe but surgery would clear it up, but I am actually worse after the surgery than I was before and I have tinnitus that did not exist prior to the surgery. I'm not trying to talk you out of treatment, but definitely do your due diligence. Worst thing I've ever done.

The person on the sign is wearing a mask, but I don't see a single mask on any of the people in this photo.🙃

Dunkin' also just released an ad with Dave Portnoy and the Barstool guys, well known and very vocal supporters of everything Trump stands for.

Too new of a console to cannibalize sales of the base model with a new design, because there's very little chance people would double-dip so soon after launch.
July 23, 2025 at 4:37 PM
Yes, I'm aware. Those cheeses are typically for things that people don't find enjoyable to play as designed. Not a great sign the first seven days of a new expansion.
July 23, 2025 at 3:07 PM
That doesn't change anything that I said. I sincerely hope that you continue to find joy & spend money on Destiny 2 to help keep the employees employed at Bungie. Based on the numbers, you appear to be in an increasingly smaller group of players, so I hope that you buy extra. Have a good night.
July 23, 2025 at 4:22 AM
It actually is the worst that we've seen for any expansion since the game moved to Steam.
July 23, 2025 at 4:20 AM
I am not making anything up, the data is out there for you to look at yourself. I think I'm done engaging with you because there's nothing productive being gained out of trying to talk to someone who refuses to look at data and is only interested in their own personal vibes.
July 23, 2025 at 3:53 AM
Yes, what they did with armor is basically a form of sunsetting. For your old armor to keep up, you have to use a new currency to increase the power level of every item and you have to do that every season after it's reset.
July 23, 2025 at 3:52 AM
The fact that numbers continue to go down alongside them re-implementing incredibly unpopular decisions (sunsetting) is a data point that should be considered by anyone making decisions about the future of this game. This is not a personal attack on Bungie or anyone working for Bungie.
July 23, 2025 at 3:40 AM
I think you need to take a moment, step away from your phone or computer, maybe do some meditation, and realize that I am not attacking Bungie right now. I have repeatedly said I want this game to succeed. I am not doing any harm to the game by pointing out that numbers continue to go down.
July 23, 2025 at 3:38 AM
New expansion packs do not release multiple times a year. The launch of the expansion pack is the number I'm talking about being down compared to past expansion packs, even pre-Final Shape expansion packs. It is not doom and gloom to point out that numbers are down again.
July 23, 2025 at 3:37 AM
Look, I understand you want to defend the fact that you purchased the game. Like I said, I want Bungie to succeed and for the employees there to remain gainfully employed. I'm going to call out flaws that I see in an effort to provide constructive feedback. Blindly defending helps no one.
July 23, 2025 at 3:21 AM
Once again, that is not a relevant number. The Steam numbers are down compared to past Steam numbers *for Destiny 2* and that is the important metric. Also, based on patterns in data, you can assume that if Steam numbers are down, all platform numbers are down.
July 23, 2025 at 3:18 AM
Also, I have seen as much negative sentiment about EoF as I did about LF. Honestly, probably more, because a lot of people just chose not to buy EoF. At least with Lightfall they purchased it and then complained after Bungie had the money.
