got invited to a gathering tonight with people i haven’t seen in months and i can’t stop thinking “what if i was invited as a prank and they’re all going to laugh at me” even though i am a grown adult and that has never happened to me or to anyone i have ever known

every wednesday night i dread my thursday morning 1:1 with my manager, and every thursday morning we have a great discussion where she tells me i’m awesome at my job. it’s nice but i would love to get rid of the dread part.

therapy is really hard and it sucks sometimes. emotionally speaking i feel like an open wound. it is also amazing (for me, i know it’s not for everyone) and is helping me heal. but a lot of times i don’t wanna do it!
