There is no good reason to ever get a faraday bag, for 99.9999% of people (yes that includes people doing crimes).
The cops say Luigi Mangione had a faraday bag, $8,000 in U.S. cash and $2,000 in foreign currency. But CNN reports he denied that the cash was his, saying it may have been planted, and he said the faraday bag was just a waterproof bag.
