#citi, your website instructions took me to 4 different call center areas. this was maybe the worst experience i have ever had after trying to get a simple activation code to see my new card number, and definitely stressful after losing a card.

If ticket equity is a concern, why not reinstate the Clear Path program's 50% discount on fines for lower-income residents?
