I doubt they're even on bluesky, but #citi:

Why did it take me 2 hours to FAIL to get a one-time identification code for my new credit card after I reported the old lost?

this person now has information about me. i'm sure they won't do anything with it but given the last few calls and the first one which went to a (definitely scam) area, I am not feeling great about this.

this last one does _not_ feel good for someone who just lost their wallet --- since I answered correctly (and there is no doubt in my mind I had) then this feels shady.

- the last person knew about the process and then gave me a test for valid answers for various questions ("what city were you associated with...?" type things) but told me i had failed the process and to definitely not sign in for 24 hours or my account would be locked.

- the second two were actual reps who told me that there is nothing that they could do. that's fine. they both sent me different places and no one could help me. eventually, i got to a person who i described the workflow am trying to get a code for. they told me that no such process existed.

- the firstwas some customer service rep who sent me to a medical supply warehouse (?) which was definitely trying to scam seniors. both available options sent me to a woman desperately trying to get my address for a medical device which was "free" but cost a suspicious amount of money to ship.

And, of course, the subject matter and humor of the one-and-only old-school Katy Perry.
