He/him. Seattle. People should be able to walk and roll without dying.
I understand that a decent amount of this is probably people publicly grieving, but it really starts to veer into conspiratorial NIMBYism

Shortly after I took this photo I watched as a driver illegally using the bus lane honked at this person on a bike because they wanted to pass them illegally in the bus lane

I've got a solid applicable poster, just replace the qr code

Here's a post from a neighbor of mine from today blaming changes on Rainier Ave for causing drivers to ignore stop signs at Wilson (an overbuilt arterial) and Orcas (an overbuilt arterial).

Yes, I promise we have tried to work this more subtly.

Thanks to those that came out and put up posters today. We'll keep working on this issue because our community deserves safe, well lit, parks.

No parking?
November 8, 2025 at 8:15 PM
It's a day that ends in y so this dick is obviously blocking the trail
November 8, 2025 at 5:53 PM
Which btw here's Friday morning and Friday evening. The only shocking bit is that the driver of the black heavily tinted car lost "their" spot

Are you frustrated that lights on the I90 trail have been out for a year?

Come to Cafe Weekend this Saturday at 10am to get involved in fixing the lights!

The lights are still out, going on more than a year, at Judkins Park. This trail is heavily used by locals for recreation as well as a major connection in our regional transportation bike network.

Looks very festive this November 3rd

This driver dangerously passed me because I filtered at Jackson and 4th and then almost hit me because they tried to pass me on the right at King and 1st
November 3, 2025 at 4:32 PM
I'm kinda glad that FIFI removed the ability to report illegally parked drivers because now I collect photos to send to politicians instead.
November 3, 2025 at 4:04 AM
Maybe we can push them to install a curby to prevent the left turn across the median
November 3, 2025 at 2:57 AM
Is this street working? These drivers (most trying to turn right on first) are creating gridlock preventing deliveries on this neighborhood.
October 23, 2025 at 3:22 PM
SDOT installed some centerlane hardening on Rainier just south of Charlestown to prevent unsafe left turns midblock.

@bvd100.bsky.social saw the markings for this about a week ago.

The intersection of Jackson and first is a crash magnet with how people take unsafe turns. Removing cars from Jackson West of 4th would solve the problem without any real downside
October 22, 2025 at 3:11 PM
Idk how to get parks to understand that they can't block bike infrastructure during commute hours

According to Coexist LWB leader Nancy Conyers in a reply to me "LWB design and safety is NOT DEFICIENT. It meets and beats Vision Zero parameters".

Sorry @linforseattle.bsky.social and Erika Evans, I took photos but didn't get a quote fast enough.
