This Bill was called "One Big Beautiful Bill" by Fearless (aka "Feckless" Leader. One Republican cleaved off, I believe. That took some courage. But the rest passed this obscenity. All the Democrats held discipline and voted No.
The GOP passed a budget resolution last night that will gut Medicaid, SNAP, and other vital programs — as 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.

Why? To finance tax cuts for the top 1%.

We have socialism in this country for the rich, harsh capitalism for everyone else.

Hundreds of workers get fired, including those tasked with producing air traffic navigation maps.

Now Starlink is reportedly in line to take over a $2 billion contract to upgrade the nation's air traffic control systems.

See how this works?

It appears the current administration wants at-risk populations for influenza to get very ill, crowd our medical resources, contribute to viral mutations, and, hopefully, die.

I hope I am just over-reacting, but the events of the last few weeks appear to indicate that there is no such thing.

First there was inviting all the white supremacists and nazis back to Twitter because "FREEEEEEEE SPEEEEEEEECH! SUPREEEEEEEEM!!" Then it was the "cute" Nazi memes. And, lately it has been the messages of support for bona fide neo-Nazis wanting political power in Germany.

Nope. Not a sign. Nothing.
If only there had been signs Elon was a nazi.
Elon tweeted this picture out of a nazi soldier with carrier pidgeons as a meme. They can't help themselves with the nazi references.
