The burnt umber under painting is done by creating a layer, filling it with white, and setting it to color burn (it’ll turn invisible). Then create a new layer (set to normal) and clip it to the color burn layer, and draw on that new layer.

I just finished reading this article and it’s extremely damning. literally no direct evidence of Hamas using rape as a weapon of war, and when the reporter was told by therapists at a victims center that none reported rape, she said the therapists were conspiring against her.
